Key Job Responsibilities
- Create balance between “Work hard” and “Have fun” with associates under scope.
- Execute internal audits and ensure the team’s execution to accomplish business goals.
- Support process improvement activities associated with inefficiencies and new functions not performed in day‑to‑day operations.
- Assist in development, documentation, deployment, and monitoring of key business processes that support all internal processes of AMZL Mexico.
- Follow up and dive deep into the KPIs of operations within the delivery station, implement and develop the station’s workflow and metrics according to standard work and processes to achieve year‑over‑year improvements.
- Actively support and promote organizational change.
- Measure drivers’ performance, discipline, and customer experience service; map processes, implement change, or develop new processes as required to reduce cost and better serve Amazon customers.

A Day in the Life
- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams—including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources—to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud.
- Work in an environment subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments).
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).
