- Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration
- Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours
- Execute local technical projects from conception to completion Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges
- Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures Customer Support & Collaboration
- Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure
- Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
- Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams
- Travel within region to support on-site needs as required **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
