Logistic Coordinator (Ciénega de Flores)

What you will do Under the general direction of the Materials Manager, ensure the flow of raw materials and finished goods with their respective legal compliance in customs and international trade. The basic objectives of this position are to ensure the arrival of merchandise on time, control transportation costs, and maintain customs compliance. This position is responsible for carrying out all export activities in line with JCI's internal and external policies regarding foreign trade. Responsibilities
- Assure transportation capabilities based on plan needs.
- Provide weekly shipping plans to key transportation suppliers.
- Generate a monthly freight and customs duties outlook.
- Manage and assure that import/export operations are completed in compliance with overall customs border requirements.
- Approve invoice payments (IA and Trax) for freight and customs expenses.
- Schedule import and domestic pickups.
- Create end‑of‑month reports.
- Ensure reports comply with Annex 24 (IMMEX, Prosec).
- Prepare and manage rules and regulations for steel notices.
- Oversee external warehouse management (Ryder). What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience as a traffic controller and with Customs Agencies and client services.
- Professional recognition and industry networking experience desired.
