What will you do?

The sustaining Engineer is a support engineering role who will work closely with the contract engineers and design team. The activities include providing product support for the business while working together with other departments such as production, manufacturing, quality, engineering, planning, and purchasing to comply with customer requirements and integral standards.

How will you do it?

The goal of the sustaining engineer is to review and improve the products, reduce costs, and implement engineering changes. The role will work closely with internal and external departments or customers according to factory requirements.

About the role

As a sustaining engineer, you will work effectively with multifunctional equipment. You will participate in problem‑solving processes to find the root cause of design complexity and demonstrate the knowledge to solve problems effectively. You must possess administrative skills, manage multiple projects, and prioritize to meet critical lead times. You will collaborate with design and contract engineering to communicate design specifications, test criteria, and feedback for product improvement. You must work with data and use engineering tools to generate required data for decision making.
