Production-Repairs Line Schedule (Ciudad Sahagún)

Manage the Industrial Planner team, ensuring alignment between Demand (firm & forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to achieve the customer's QCD while optimizing site resources. Responsibilities
- Apply and enforce Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes.
- Contribute to achieving Industrial Planning KPI targets.
- Support the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap related to industrial planning topics.
- Ensure demand management & scheduling (firm & forecast) is performed in Core Planning Tools and/or ERP.
- Implement and verify Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules when working in workshops. Qualifications
- Graduated from university or engineering school.
- Experience in industrial planning.
- Knowledge of End‑to‑End (E2E) vision for the Industrial Planning process and its impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturing. Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Core Planning Tool, ERP and Excel.
- Good level of English. Behavioral Skills
