- Fitting in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and manufacturing expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You’ll drive the optimisation of manufacturing processes and foster continuous improvement to ensure high‑quality production and operational excellence. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, quality assurance, and industrialisation teams), manage the development and qualification of team members, and implement corporate policies to ensure compliance and safety, and much more. We’ll look to you for:
- Managing the manufacturing contribution to Industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) Management.
- Defining and validating supply chain processes.
- Overseeing the validation of quality plans and industrialisation processes.
- Assessing and addressing EHS risks and conducting ergonomics analysis.
- Preparing manufacturing planning, including workload, staffing, training and resource allocation.
- Managing the industrial process hand‑over from PME to manufacturing.
- Tracking SQCD performance and driving continuous improvement through KPIs.
- Organising and executing changes to the product and retrofitting first trains/products, if applicable.
- Leading issues management by raising concerns in MES, animating corrective actions (e.g., QRQC) and ensuring timely resolution. All About You We value passion and attitude over experience. - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning and workshop management.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to address issues and implement corrective actions (e.g., QRQC).
- Proficiency in supply chain processes and industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management.
- Ability to manage resources, including staffing, training and skill development.
- Commitment to occupational safety and compliance with corporate policies and local legislation.
