- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics, including planning, procurement, storage, inventory control, and distribution
- Optimize cross-border logistics operations between Mexico and the United States
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline processes and improve performance
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and trade laws
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners
- Implement and oversee warehouse management systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in logistics processes **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or cross-border trade environment
- Proven expertise in supply chain processes, warehouse management, and inventory control
- Strong knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and cross-border logistics operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; experience with other logistics management software is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Experience with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
