**Hotel and dormitory Associate** **JOB SUMMARY** Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of hotel rooms or dormitory facilities. This role involves assisting guests or residents, performing administrative tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any concerns to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. **JOB DETAIL**
- Coordinate the allocation of rooms in both the hotel and dormitory, ensuring proper check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of room assignments, availability, and occupancy for both short-term hotel accommodations and long-term dormitory residents.
- Oversee room/apartment inspections for cleanliness and readiness before guest or resident occupancy.
- Monitor lodging conditions, perform regular inspections of rooms and shared spaces, and report maintenance or repair needs to the relevant team.
- Enforce safety, health, and security protocols in all accommodation areas, ensuring safety of guests, staff, and property. **REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or accommodation services is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
