BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. The Trainer II / Training Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing training administration activities for manufacturing personnel in a regulated environment. This role ensures training compliance, certification tracking, curriculum management, and adherence to internal procedures and quality system requirements. The position works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Training, and Operations teams to maintain accurate training records, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and manage open training plans in written and/or electronic systems. Track training certifications, proactively review due dates, and process due date extensions when required. Support exam application and qualification processes for WIs, PICs, and QSs. Perform certification tracking activities, including searching DHRs from the last 1–4 weeks. Complete rosters, checklists, and certification records in ComplianceWire. Verify and sign DHR forms for personnel included in training plans. Review Training Adherence Metrics and provide justifications related to manufacturing personnel. Perform manual MES training captures when required. Track training assignments, including: Annual training, Document changes and New curriculum assignments. Support CN Training tasks by: Providing training for manufacturing documents and employees, Printing and destroying RDD documentation. Manage curricula through analysis, revisions, and updates. Monitor and track electronic training forms and training plans. Request TRIP tickets for union employees as needed. Attend and support Tier meetings. Monitor overdue training activities and follow up with stakeholders. Maintain archive management for all training documentation, including: Training Plans, Qualifications, Rosters, Checklists. Train and onboard new co-workers, trainers, and Lean Assessors. Support MES implementation activities and training-related initiatives. Provide support for new product launches and operational readiness activities. Ensure compliance with company procedures, GMP/GDP practices, and applicable quality system requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree, Technical Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, manufacturing support, quality systems, or regulated environments. Experience working in manufacturing and/or medical device industry preferred. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as ComplianceWire preferred. Experience with MES systems and DHR documentation is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams. Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
