Are you ready to help us make the future? **ABOUT THE ROLE**: As part of our engineering team, you will support the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in every stage of production and development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Support product development and testing activities
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and technical teams **Location**:This position is available in Ciudad Juárez **Start Date: January 2026** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) from an accredited institution
- Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
- Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must have advanced English proficiency **WE VALUE**:

- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Experience with engineering tools, CAD software, or data analysis platforms
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality systems
- Hands-on experience with engineering projects or internships
