Senior Software Developer (Ciudad Juárez)

**Role Overview**: As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be at the heart of our engineering process, building solutions that are scalable and sustainable. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, making high-level architectural decisions, and ensuring project deliverables are met with high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work across our full tech stack, including Angular, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Python, to implement front-end and back-end services.
- Architect robust solutions to improve functionality and user experience across our platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code integrity and organization by conducting code reviews and optimizing performance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Digital Ocean to ensure scalability and security.
- Hold the development team accountable for their deliverables, ensuring timely and quality outputs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, particularly Angular and Next.js, and backend development with Python.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
- Experience with cloud services, especially AWS and Digital Ocean.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-level decisions.
- Strong communication skills and accountability in a team setting.
