People & Organization Analyst (Ciudad Madero)

Your new department You will be part of the People & Organization team, working at the intersection of HR and Finance. The team is responsible for enabling data‑driven decision‑making across people‑related investments, ensuring financial accuracy in payroll and benefits, and driving transparency in budget management. You will collaborate closely with Finance (F&O;) and key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment between people strategy and financial performance.

Your new role This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate People & Organization budget management as well as supporting payroll processes from a financial and analytical perspective. This is an idóneo opportunity for someone with a strong numerical mindset, hands‑on payroll experience, and exposure to financial controlling or data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Manage and control the P&O; budget, including payroll expenses, ensuring accuracy and proper financial tracking.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, identifying trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with external providers.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between SAP and payroll systems (e.g., salaries, cost centers, job data).
- Support financial operations such as purchase orders, accounting alignment, and mobility/expatriate cost tracking.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in payroll management.
- Experience in budget control, financial analysis, or similar roles.
- Exposure to controlling activities (e.g., Junior Controller or similar).
