This role is responsible for contributing to new sales pipeline growth through efficient ad spend, steady MQL flow, and high-impact event execution that converts audience into action. This role will also support our event motion and work directly with our Events Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute our :50+ event calendar.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a motivated, detail-obsessed Demand Generation & Events Marketing Coordinator to join Applause's marketing team. You'll own our paid digital ad programs and play a critical supporting role in our events strategy, ensuring leads are flowing, spend is efficient, and every event we attend or host is flawlessly executed. You'll partner closely with Sales to ensure inbound lead quality meets our standards and collaborate with the broader marketing team to keep the pipeline healthy and growing.ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Demand GenerationOwn day-to-day management of paid programs across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager — including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and creative rotationMonitor and optimize campaigns weekly to improve CAC, CPL, and ROAS; surface performance trends and recommendations to the Director of MarketingReport on funnel metrics weekly and monthly: impressions, clicks, CPL, MQL volume, and lead-to-SQL conversionStay current on paid media best practices, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks to keep Applause's programs sharpEvents Coordination & ExecutionLead end-to-end planning and execution of smaller events (small tradeshows, etc.) with full ownership of logistics, timelines, and deliverables; support the Events Marketing Manager on tier-1 and tier-2 eventsCoordinate pre-event promotional campaigns (emails, social posts, paid boosts) and maintain the events calendar, prep documents, and post-event recap templates in Asana and Google DrivePartner with Sales and Partnerships to define post-event lead follow-up workflows and ensure CRM attribution is accurate in HubSpotTrack event ROI metrics, including leads captured, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and cost-per-lead by eventQualifications2-3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or tech companyHands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on at least two of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM; comfortable with Asana or similar project management platformsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and event deadlines simultaneously, with strong attention to detailOwnership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasks; thrives in a remote setup and works effectively cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and creative teammatesEffective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connectionCan work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am
