Qualifications

Electronic Engineering (Preferred)

5 years of experience

Problem solving skills

Statistical knowledge

Black Belt or Green Belt (DOE, ANOVA, etc)

Equipment experience: Printer Machine, Oven profiler, AOI, SPI

Define&analyze oven profiles

DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB investigador, etc.

Stencil design

Solder paste specification knowledge

Knowledge on PCB finished&components composition

Parts approval process

Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.

Interface with design engineering to coordinate the release of new products.

Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.

Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Provide technical and sustaining engineering support of a wafer fabrication area in a semiconductor company or a product manufacturing area of a media or pharmaceutical company.

Establish operating equipment specifications, improve manufacturing techniques and production yields, and introduce new process equipment to improve production efficiencies.

Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
