Logistics Coordinator (Almacén) (Polanco)

Position Summary: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and transportation operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining shipping documentation, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring timely delivery performance. This role works closely with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues, improve operational efficiency, and support inventory accuracy and month-end reconciliation processes. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork as required.
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics and transportation issues.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, including delivery times, accuracy, and costs.
- Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and support cycle counts.
- Support management in month end inventory reconciliation.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of relevant warehouse/transportation experience, including one (1) to two (2) years of previous supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and be versátil and adaptable to required operational needs.
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully with attention to detail.
- Able to manage challenges and achieve operational objectives successfully within tight timeframes. Language:
