Continuous Improvement & Training Manager (Las Fuentes)

ABOUT THE ROLE: Overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders. Provide industry and functional expertise and insight to guide and advise the key stakeholders. Use your agility and ability to support clients to roll out programs, achieve metrics and track milestones. Inspire and influence key stakeholders to drive changes to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality objectives. JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for continuous improvement and data analysis
- Drive and execute new initiatives
- Lead the project team to hit project goals
- Lead team to identify key issues and solutions
- Manage productivity
- Support Integrated Supply Chain site
- Work with the factory team
- Lead Projects function
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies
- Partner with other Projects Leaders and works with multiple departments
- Lead Continuous Improvement tracking projects and ideas
- Work with engineering in Kaizen Blitz, Line balances, cycle time improvements etc.
- In charge of projects for the site to work with Government initiatives
- Responsible to develop M1 productivity center (focal point for HeadQuarters)
- Coordinate activities and responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement, Training, and Development department.
- Validate the planning, execution, and training processes according to the requirements of the site's departments.
- Lead work teams in compliance with internal and legal procedures and requirements.
- Manage project budgets. YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- More than 5 years of experience in managerial positions. WE VALUE:
- Lean expert or Black belt certification
- Some project management or Integrated Supply Chain experience
- Project Management experience
- General company working experience
- Professional in Microsoft Office
- Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor teams
- Communication with government agencies for innovation funds (FECH), preferable
- Experience as a facilitator in Kaizen, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing training
- Valid travel documents (Visa)
