What You’ll Do

Execute with Precision

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Follow multi-step instructions without missing details.

Update tracking systems and ensure every task is properly closed and documented.

Create Order Through Documentation

Turn rough notes into structured, easy‑to‑follow SOPs.

Maintain organized digital file systems.

Keep operational documents clean, current, and accessible.

Coordinate Across Moving Parts

Communicate professionally with vendors and partners.

Follow up on outstanding items and track responses.

Coordinate schedules and elevate missing information clearly and efficiently.

Support Clear Reporting

Compile weekly updates and summaries.

Create simple, clean reports that leadership can quickly understand.

Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or risks before they become problems.

What You Bring
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and structured thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity
- Comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Experience in project coordination or operations support
- Exposure to consumer products or e‑commerce businesses
- Familiarity with product listings or e‑commerce platforms (a plus)
