- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum for Grade 7.
- Design engaging, differentiated, and inquiry-based learning experiences that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Integrate real-world applications and interdisciplinary connections to make learning relevant and meaningful.
- Use a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and provide timely, constructive academic feedback. Classroom environment & student development

- Build strong relationships with students based on respect, empathy, and high expectations.

- Communicate effectively with students, families, and leadership regarding academic progress and student support.
