Ecommerce Creative Designer (DTC Marketing) Location Remote Schedule Full-Time | Must overlap with U.S. business hours Compensation Depending on experience and portfolio quality About The Role We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Ecommerce Creative Designer who understands how to build visual content that not only looks exceptional, but also drives engagement, conversion, and revenue. This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for someone who thinks like both a designer and a marketer — someone who understands DTC ecommerce, consumer psychology, paid social creative, retention marketing, and modern digital storytelling. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and marketing creative across email, paid social, organic social, Shopify storefronts, product launches, and digital campaigns. The adecuado candidate thrives in fast-moving ecommerce environments and can produce high-quality creative quickly without sacrificing brand consistency or performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For Social Media & Paid Creative
- Design engaging creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Create static graphics, carousels, stories, promotional assets, GIFs, and short-form video content
- Develop creative for both organic social campaigns and paid advertising initiatives
- Design mobile-first assets optimized for performance marketing and conversion
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ad concepts, hooks, creative testing, and campaign iterations
- Stay current on DTC trends, platform best practices, and evolving consumer behavior

Email Marketing Design
- Design visually compelling, conversion-focused email campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo
- Build creative for:
- Product launches
- Promotions and seasonal campaigns
