Ecommerce Operations Associate (Ciudad de México)

About the Role We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Associate to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Scotch Porter, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day across DTC and Amazon. Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do.

What You'll Do Operations and Inventory
- Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC and Amazon
- Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
- Flag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed

Project Management
- Own task management and keep internal coordination tight
- Help plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Amazon
- Manage day-to-day Seller Central / Vendor Central operations including listings, inventory, and case management.
- Monitor Buy Box, listing health, reviews, and account performance metrics
- Support advertising operations, promotions, and FBA inbound planning

Marketing Support
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Draft social media posts, email content, and creative briefs
- QA landing pages, ads, and website updates
