Job Description A bout the P osition

We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Analyst . The role will report into the GCC Transportation Manager (Integral Capability Center) . This is a hands- on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver. This person will be responsibilities for Transportation & Logistics execution . We are looking for someone who doesn't need an y motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continua lly improve Transportation & Logistics operations . You will be working close together with various business partners in our Business units & GBS as well as partner wit h External Carriers .

In bri ef, you will be responsible for :
- All Transportation Execution processes across regional distribution POD’s
- Daily monitoring of queries via TMS , Ensuring orders are optimized & shipped on time
- Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives
- Monitor data flows between ERP system, TMS, and WMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution
- Identify Gaps in transportation capacity and initiate accurate measures with Transportation Capacity Planning team.
- Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with critical issue to management as needed.
- Identify opportunities across Transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain M anagement , Engineering, Business or related field
- 2 + Years Transportation & Logistics experience preferably within FMCG
- S trong knowledge of Transportation and Logistics operations
- Proficiency in Transportation software & tools ( TMS, OTM , SAP , ORTEC & 4Kites )
- Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Location(s) Mexico City
