If you are skeptical of AI hype but curious about what disciplined AI-assisted delivery actually looks like in production, this role puts you at the center of it. We are looking for a senior technical practitioner who can lead client engagements from qualification through delivery, with the depth to do the work themselves: architecture, codebase diagnostics, strategic assessments, build vs. buy analyses, and, when the engagement calls for it, writing code. You are the person who does the work: leading the conversation, writing the assessment, designing the architecture, and building when the engagement requires it. You will collaborate closely with our BD lead, a distributed engineering team across Mexico City and Monterrey, and design.

When an engagement converts to a build phase, you can lead the technical execution or contribute directly in Rails and Java Script. # You are expected to have (or quickly develop) the commercial judgment to translate technical assessment into an engagement structure we can deliver profitably. # Support our BD lead with the technical depth needed to qualify opportunities, structure engagements, and close. Over three weeks, you evaluate their SAP integration, their Salesforce/Heroku setup, and a legacy Rails application. Your BD partner suggests consolidating everything onto Salesforce.
