Your New Role The Senior Systems Engineer, Windows is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable endpoint solutions using Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory. This role serves as a technical lead for Windows endpoint operations, driving automation, compliance, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments. Your Role Accountabilities: OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Lead or contribute to endpoint-related projects such as OS upgrades, security tool rollouts, and hardware refreshes. Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Work with internal teams (e.g., InfoSec, Network, Procurement) and external vendors (e.g., Microsoft, hardware OEMs) to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain project documentation including technical designs, implementation plans, and post-mortem reviews. Provide regular updates to
