We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Director – Mexico At Brink’s, we are at a pivotal moment of transformation and growth across LATAM, with Mexico playing a critical strategic role. We are looking for an IT Director who will lead the country’s technology strategy, drive innovation, and act as a key business partner to enable results and sustainable growth. Reporting line: LATAM CIO, with close interaction with the Mexico Business President Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead technology transformation and change management initiatives
- Manage the IT project portfolio and P&L;
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders locally, regionally, and globally What we’re looking for:
- 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen
- Proven experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies (including AI)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
