As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and the ability to create custom applications and integrations. Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience. ~ Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks. ~ Advanced English level.

Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD will be valued. (Knowledge of JavaScript, web technologies (HTML, CSS), and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) is preferred. Exposure to workflow automation and scripting within ServiceNow or comparable platforms is advantageous. Solution Design & Implementation: Ability to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements. Business Analysis & Communication: Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience in developing test plans, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring solutions meet quality standards. Commitment to identifying opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices. Documentation & Training: Ability to create clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials, and to deliver training sessions to end-users or client teams. Collaboration & Professionalism: Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, integral teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism in client and team interactions. ITIL & Industry Standards: Familiarity with Agile development practices and ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and understanding of how they relate to ServiceNow processes. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA). ITIL V4 Foundation.
