We are looking for an experienced Drivers Marketing Lead to drive impactful marketing strategies across LatAm. If you have a strong background in brand building, thrive in data‑driven environments, and are passionate about creating locally relevant campaigns that connect with drivers, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Expertise in marketing tools and brand‑building strategies, demonstrated by 5+ years of experience in marketing.

Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams as well as manage multiple stakeholders.

Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify opportunities, generate ideas, and propose impactful projects beyond assigned tasks.

Proven skills in sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency, and local relevance.

Data‑driven approach and daily dashboards monitoring habits, with the ability to showcase results through measurable impact on key metrics.

Deep understanding of LatAm countries local cultural nuances and ability to apply this in driver marketing strategies.

English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Expertise in ride‑hailing would be a great advantage.
