Lead Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (Ciudad de México)

We're looking for an experienced Lead Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join a long-term engagement supporting a integral enterprise client. This is a Contract position. USD Hourly payment ONLY LATAM This is a hands-on functional lead role, You will own solution design, configuration, documentation, and delivery across Oracle SCM workstreams. 100% Remote — open to candidates based anywhere in Latin America ONLY US business hours alignment required English proficiency required What you'll do
• Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations across Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and solution designs
• Drive configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support
• Facilitate workshops and solution walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders
• Produce functional design documentation (MD050/BR120) following OUM or AIM methodology
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore delivery teams ────────────────────────── What you need 8+ years of hands-on Oracle SCM functional experience Deep expertise in: Order Management (OM)
· Procurement/Purchasing
· Inventory Management
· Supplier Management Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Proven track record leading full-cycle implementations as functional lead Strong documentation skills, functional specs, test scripts, training materials Professional-level English, client interactions are in English Leadership Expectations
- Act as a functional lead for SCM engagements.
- Provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Support project planning, estimation, and delivery governance.
