The Senior Market Distribution Planner is responsible for leading the planning and execution of product distribution across markets to ensure high product availability during key selling periods (such as holiday season, Children’s Day, and major promotional events), while optimizing inventory levels and logistics costs. This role blends strategic thinking with strong analytical and operational execution and plays a key role in driving sales performance and service levels. You will own the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE;) process for your market and act as a critical link between local commercial teams and global supply planning. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Distribution Planning
- Lead the Distribution Intelligence (DI) process, including alignment of minimum order quantities (MOQs)
- Translate demand forecasts into allocation plans by channel and customer
- Define product and customer prioritization during constrained supply scenarios
- Inventory Management
- Own inventory policy at SKU and market level, considering ABC classification, seasonality, and product lifecycle
- Manage inventory projections, distribution, and visibility (including shortages and close‑outs)
- Develop strategies to minimize post‑season obsolescence, including liquidation planning
- S&OE; & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Lead the S&OE; cycle with Sales and Marketing, aligning customer priorities, campaigns, and product launches
- Partner closely with Integral Supply Planning on production planning, imports, and supply constraints
