Customer Service Representative (Cuernavaca)

Job Overview We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our recruiting operations. This role is centered around professional communication, relationship management, and process execution while working closely with candidates and internal recruiting teams. This position is idóneo for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a long term interest in growing within a recruiting agency environment. Performance is measured through activity, responsiveness, and quality of communication. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates and internal team members via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide clear information to candidates and guide them through next steps
- Schedule calls, interviews, and follow ups accurately
- Maintain detailed and organized notes in internal systems
- Follow structured workflows and daily communication goals
- Support recruiting and account operations as needed
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates Requirements
