- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions and optimize customer service processes.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues. **Requirements**:- Proven experience either as a call center agent, phone agent or receptionist.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards assisting customers.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other customer management tools.
