Order Administrator Cuernavaca, CDMX (Hybrid) Position Summary Thales is looking for an Order Administrator who will be primarily responsible for managing intercompany orders that are requested by Customer Service to the Cuernavaca Manufacturing plant, this includes generating the requisition to create the intercompany order, as well as tracking the shipping dates to the external packagers and the final shipment to the customer. In this position, you will work closely with the master production planner as well as packaging and Customer Service subcontractors to ensure on-time deliveries to the customer. Key Areas of Responsibility Reception and management of the orders to be packed with subcontractors (Share the specs to supply the materials) Share schedule ship date + Delivery date to the subcons and Customer Service. Create Purchase requisition to generate the Internal Sales Order. Create Purchase Orders to the Packers as well as the shipments in the system to create the Delivery notes. Do the reception of the goods in the system. Follow to the status of the order in the manufacturing and packaging sites. Track the arrival of the orders to the subcontractor and client. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business +2 years of support experience in relevant Order Administration/Management, Customer Service or related field.
