The main objective of this position is to develop and manage commercial relationships with current and potential customers, offering packaging solutions that meet their operational, design, and cost requirements, with the objective of increasing sales, profitability, and market share for the plant. Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, and consumer markets through market analysis, research in specialized media, industry directories, digital platforms, visits, and cold calls.
- Manage the assigned territory by conducting regular visits to current customers and prospects to negotiate, close sales, and strengthen commercial relationships.
- Identify customer needs and propose packaging solutions that provide added value.
- Present products through samples, catalogs, displays, or participation in industry fairs and events.
- Prepare quotations considering technical specifications, volumes, costs, margins, and delivery times, ensuring the plant's contribution.
- Manage commercial and credit terms, as well as prepare sales contracts for obtained orders.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Planning, and Logistics departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service, investigating and resolving issues related to quality, deliveries, or invoicing.
- Meet and exceed established sales, margin, and growth targets. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales.
- Experience in the paper industry (desirable).
- Strong results orientation, with solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented, organized, and with strong account follow-up discipline.
