Full-time Job Description The Electromechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of cannula assembly equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. This role supports production continuity by managing equipment performance, documentation, and compliance within classified manufacturing areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of cannula assembly machinery.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and support KPI compliance (efficiency, scrap).
- Train and support operators in equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Promote safety, GMP, 5S, and EHS compliance in all activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in cannula assembly, medical devices, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of automated equipment.
- Experience with PLCs, drives, and electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and integrated management systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
