Job Title: HR (Mexican or Chinese, Mexican is preferred)
Location: Querétaro, Mexico
Direct Report to: General Manager of Mexico Subsidiary and HRM in China
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Salary**:25000-50000 MXN (10000-20000 CNY) per month
Working Hours: Five-day per week (8:30am-17:30pm)
Main products: Smart meters & AMI systems, smart electricity distribution systems, photovoltaic storage systems and inverters etc.
**Responsibilities**: Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for a HR to support our Mexico subsidiary with the day-to-day operations of recruitment, staff development, payroll, and help us to support a happy, healthy and productive team This is a full-time HR role based on-site in Mexico. This role is responsible for recruitment, payroll, administrative daily tasks and coordination between Mexico subsidiary and China.
1. Be responsible for recruitment and admin tasks for Mexico subsidiary.
2. Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date.
3. Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process.
5. Creating employee training materials under the guidance of HRM
6. Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues
7. Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes
8. Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records
9. Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods
10. Coordination between Mexico subsidiary and China headquarters
Other temporary tasks assigned by the general manager of Mexico subsidiary and HRM in China.
**Job Requirements**: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources/ business administration field or have years of hands-on working experience as HR, be proficient in Spanish and English (it is a must).
2. Hands-on recruitment experience for factory workers is required.
3. With good knowledge of general HR principles and practices.
4. Up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation in Mexico.
5. Be familiar with the labor market and have contact resources in Mexico.
6. Confident communicator with sound interpersonal skills; capable of establishing strong connections with employees across all levels of the company
7. Experience of using key HR software and systems — or tech-savvy and able to get to grips with them quickly.
8. A good team player and be patient, with high work efficiency.
9. Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation skills.
10. Be on time to work and abide by the company rules.
