Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation Integration Projects Location: Colón, Qro | On-site Compensation: MXN $50,000–$60,000 + superior benefits About the Role ISAD is partnering with an international industrial automation company to identify a Sales Engineer specialized in commercializing custom industrial automation and integration projects. We are looking for a professional who can identify opportunities, generate leads, understand complex manufacturing requirements, and transform customer needs into winning technical-commercial solutions. This role combines business development, technical consulting, and project ownership throughout the sales cycle. This is not a Project Management role and it is not focused on transactional sales. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America
- Generate and qualify leads within industrial manufacturing environments
- Engage customers to understand operational and technical requirements
- Translate customer needs into technical concepts together with engineering teams
- Lead technical-commercial discussions and solution presentations
- Coordinate RFQ processes and proposal development
- Build competitive and executable project offers
- Guide customers through solution definition and decision-making processes
- Support projects from opportunity creation through final handover and delivery Required Experience
- Proven experience selling industrial automation integration projects
- Background in commercialization of: Industrial automation solutions, Manufacturing systems, Robotics integration, Machinery and engineered production lines, Industrial capital projects
- Experience presenting and defending technical solutions to customers
- Ability to interpret manufacturing requirements and convert them into project scope
- Strong business development and opportunity generation capabilities
- Advanced English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience collaborating with engineering and international teams Adecuado Profile
- Engineering background or strong technical foundation
- Comfortable operating in technical and commercial conversations
- Experience working in systems integrators or engineered solution environments
- Ability to maintain ownership from opportunity generation through project award and delivery What the Role Offers
