Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, tracking production schedule, employee attendance and employee satisfaction). Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries.Support and leadership in the area of continuous improvement for the production team.
