Your Tasks
- Quality assurance for product and assembly processes.
- Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System requirements according to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001.
- Prepare Quality Instructions for internal and external incidents.
- Ensure compliance with the Process Control Plan.
- Ensure the correct implementation of containment actions in case of failures.
- Fulfill specific customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and customer validation runs for engineering changes in serial production projects.
- Ensure compliance with customer metrics, PPM levels, number of incidents, and follow up on customer portal evaluations.
- Improve FTQ through continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the proper implementation of engineering changes, ensuring that processes and the quality system maintain group and customer standards.
- Monitor and ensure process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control tools (Procella and/or MINITAB). Your Profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with OEMs and customer portals.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
