We are constantly improving our operations and looking for new ways to meet our Customer's needs through continuous improvement.We are looking for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in a fast-paced manufacturing company.Responsibilities:Handle the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.Assist in monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments.Generate reports on purchasing activities, costs, and trends to support decision-making.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries related to procurement activities.Accurately enter and update information in the procurement database and other relevant systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics and operations, to facilitate smooth procurement processes.SkillsProven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in Purchasing.Proficient in English as a second language.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Excel.Experience with ERP/MRP software (Epicor preferred but not required).Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of procurement process and vendor management.Required:High school diploma required.We offer:Monthly salary: $20,000 to $24,000 MXN (Before taxes)Food coupons: 10% of monthly base salary per monthSavings fundMedical InsuranceChristmas bonus equivalent to 28 working days.12 vacation days during the first year #J-18808-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5tbiyv
