Job Objective Manufacturing of new tools and devices, execution of change and improvement works, analyzing causes of faults and malfunctions in tools and fixtures, carrying out repair, maintenance, and inspection work on tools and devices. Duties & Responsibilities
- New production, modification, improvement – Creation of new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples using various machining processes; creation of sample and device parts including necessary auxiliary devices; production of tool components and auxiliary devices while considering ergonomic and qualitative aspects; modification of tools and fixtures due to operational or procedural necessities; preparation of necessary documentation; recognition of material and surface defects and elimination of defects after consultation with responsible authorities.
- Trouble Shooting – Performing troubleshooting and eliminating causes of errors in tools and fixtures with different technologies; analysis and elimination of error causes during the running production process.
- Repair, maintenance, inspection – Replacement of defective components according to specifications and cooperation during commissioning of tools and devices; repair of defective components while considering economic aspects; adaptation and fitting of spare parts according to drawings, sketches, oral information and samples; carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on tools and devices according to existing maintenance plans and drawings; participation in measures for optimization of tools; documentation of activities in the computer‑supported recording system. Your Qualifications
- CNC experience.
- Knowledge and experience with software Mastercam.
