Graphic Designer (Ensenada)

The Graphic Designer, is responsible for guiding the creative development and execution of print-based projects for contract clients, ensuring all artwork meets brand standards, technical requirements, and production timelines. This role provides creative direction, manages workload prioritization, and supports a team of designers and production artists to deliver high-quality print assets.
- Works closely with sales, contract print team, & other production teams for project expectations.
- Interact directly with clients and vendors to find the best production options for their needs.
- Creates product mockups & other visual graphics to demonstrate production capabilities.
- Able to identify production concerns and suggest alternatives that meet the client's needs & sales expectations.
- Communicates with production teams to ensure product outcomes meet client expectations.
- Handles multiple ongoing projects at various stages from concept, approval, to production
- Efficiently uses Photoshop, Illustrator, & other Adobe design software to complete tasks.
- Maintains our clients' brand identity and is able to apply that to new & differing products.
