- L3 Production Support We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist
- L3 Production Support to join our team in Guadalajara, Aguascalientes (MX-AGU), Mexico. Qualifications
- Hands‑on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years.
- Worked on projects in the Java tech stack.
- Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io.
- Overall software experience 6‑9 years.
- Strong in Java.
- Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git.
- Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant L3 support.

Responsibilities
- Provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
- Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms, contributing to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
- Improve performance of Java applications.
- Work on database tasks and write SQL queries.
- Use Splunk for debugging and log analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Implement new tool functionalities to support changing business requirements.
- Develop functions for automated provisioning and access management controls.
- Develop functions to improve user experience.
- Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
- Perform detailed root‑cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate and collaborate in a integral environment.
- Apply Agile principles (advantage).
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, and implementation with stakeholders.
- AWS certification is an added advantage.
