Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zacatecas, ZAC, for an Embedded Trainer. The Embedded Trainer will be responsible for delivering simulator training to operators, analyzing operational data to enhance workforce performance, and developing tailored training programs for clients. The role involves close collaboration with client teams to optimize operator safety and production efficiency, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures. Additional responsibilities include providing detailed reports, conducting performance evaluations, and delivering actionable insights to improve operational outcomes. Qualifications
- Experience in Training Delivery, Curriculum Development, and Operator Development Programs
- Proficiency in Simulator Operations, Equipment Handling, and Learning Systems
- Expertise in Safety Standards, Risk Management, and Training Compliance
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
- Ability to Analyze Data, Evaluate Performance Metrics, and Develop Insights
- Capable of Working On-site and Collaborating with Diverse Teams
- Prior experience in the resource or mining industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training, Mining, or a related field
