**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and social media ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including bid management, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target audiences and optimize ad placements and to identify cost-effective and competitive keywords.
- Continuously test and optimize ads and landing pages through ClickFunnels to enhance click-through and conversion rates across platforms.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and improve performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and share findings with the marketing team and senior management.
- Manage campaign expenses for all platforms, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Keep up with PPC and social media advertising industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Test ad copy variations and creative elements to determine the most effective messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified in Google Ads with proven experience managing PPC campaigns and social media advertising, including expertise in LinkedIn ads.
- Experience with ClickFunnels is preferred!
- Experience in Paid Ads Marketing.
- amiliarity with conversion optimization strategies and techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising efforts.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools for research, analysis, and campaign management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration within teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
