In this role, you will be responsible for handling all inbound calls related to service appointments for multiple auto dealerships across the United States. Your primary objective will be to assist customers in scheduling their vehicle maintenance and repair appointments efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming service-related calls, assisting customers with scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a high level of active listening, attention to detail, and multitasking to provide excellent customer interactions.
- Utilize specialized software that integrates dealership policies, scheduling rules, and customer databases to ensure accurate appointment booking. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Requirements:
- Fluent English proficiency with strong communication skills.
- A dedicated, quiet workspace available during U.S. business hours.
- Recent experience in a voice-based customer service role (CSR).
- Reliable equipment: A laptop or PC with at least an Intel i5 processor 8th Gen (or equivalent), 8GB RAM, and dual monitors for optimal efficiency. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $108.00MXN
- $115.00MXN | $6.00USD per hour Work Location: Remote Seniority level
