Purpose OF&EM; is looking for a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the Global MarComm team during a period of high activity and transformation. This role will play a key part in executing and optimizing digital initiatives across multiple channels, supporting content development, campaign delivery, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Execution Support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (web, social media) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Adapt global content for different regions, audiences, and channels Content & Website Management Create and edit digital content aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice Support website updates and content publishing via CMS (e.g. Contentstack) Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and SEO alignment across digital platforms Social Media & Editorial Planning Contribute to the development and execution of editorial calendars Support social media content creation (including visuals), scheduling, and monitoring Track engagement and suggest improvements to increase visibility and impact Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) Prepare regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations Support continuous optimization of digital activities based on data Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Business Units, regional teams, Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5v0w9o
