Location:Mexico (Remote)Type:Full-time (CONTRACTOR)Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and technicalSenior Data Analystto leadProduct, Marketing, and Business Analyticsfor Elektra Go.This role sits at the intersection ofdata, product, and growth, and is responsible for transforming complex data intoclear, actionable insightsthat drive decision-making, optimize performance, and accelerate business growth.You will own the full analytics cycle: from measurement infrastructure and data quality, to advanced analysis, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations. This is not a reporting role — we expect you to think like a growth partner, not just an analyst.What You'll Do1. Marketing & Growth AnalyticsOwn end-to-endperformance measurement across paid media channels(Meta, Google, programmatic, SMS, and others)Evaluatecampaign ROI, CAC, ROAS, and funnel efficiency— from impression to first transactionBuild and maintainattribution models; work closely with AppsFlyer and GA4 to ensure accurate measurementDesign and analyzeA/B tests, incrementality studies, and lift experimentsOwn the design, development, and maintenance ofMarketing Mix Models(MMM) to quantify channel contribution, measure incrementality, and inform budget allocation decisionsIdentify growth levers andoptimization opportunities across the full acquisition funnel2. Business & Product AnalyticsDefine, track, and evolve core KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and revenueAnalyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior to surface friction points and growth opportunitiesGenerate insights that directly influence product, marketing, and business decisions3. Dashboards & Executive CommunicationBuild clear,executive-level dashboards in Data Studio(primary tool) or other BI ToolsTranslate complex, multi-source data into simple, human narrativesPresent findings and recommendations to leadership— including the CEO — in a structured, concise wayProactively flag risks, anomalies, and opportunities without being asked4. Automation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and reporting pipelinesEmbed AI tools(Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a standard part of your workflow — this is an expectation, not a nice-to-havePropose hypotheses and define measurement plans for new initiatives before they launchWhat We're Looking ForCore Requirements3–5+ years in Data Analytics / Product Analytics / Business IntelligenceAdvanced SQL(mandatory), BigQuery (GCP) strongly preferredDeep experience with marketing measurement:attribution, incrementality, A/B testing, paid media performanceHands-on experience building and owningMarketing Mix Models (MMM)end-to-end — from data preparation to model output and business recommendationsHands-on experience withAppsFlyer or equivalent MMP (Branch, Singular, Adjust)Strong experience buildingdashboards and executive reporting(Data Studio or equivalent)Proven ability to connect data, insights, and business impact — not just produce reportsFluentAI tool usagein day-to-day analytical workEnglish at business level (written and verbal)Technical Stack (Expected Familiarity)SQL (advanced) + BigQueryDataStudio / Power BIGA4 / Firebase / Google AnalyticsAppsFlyer / Branch / Singular (or similar)Data modeling, tracking validation, and analytics frameworksHighly DesirableBA in Mathematics, Business Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science or other Quantitative/Math-focused majorsExperience infintech, payments, or remittancesExperience presenting to executive stakeholdersWho You AreA structured, analytical thinker who is genuinely curious about the business behind the dataObsessed with measurement quality — you don't trust numbers you haven't validated yourselfA strong communicator who can make complex data simple for any audienceProactive and ownership-driven — you flag problems before they become problemsComfortable operating in ambiguity and making judgment calls with incomplete informationSomeone who challenges assumptions, proposes hypotheses, and executes on themAn active user of AI tools who sees them as a competitive advantage, not a shortcut Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5v74p0
