This position will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service for forklifts and warehouse equipment within the assigned region.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forklift or construction machinery maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-oriented mindset.Main Responsibilities:Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of forklifts and warehouse equipment.Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to customer service requests.Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation.Maintain tools, spare parts, and service records accurately.Identify common equipment issues and provide improvement recommendations based on local market needs.Collaborate with internal teams to achieve regional service objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.Requirements:Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.Minimum 1 year of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or construction machinery maintenance.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to independently diagnose and repair equipment.Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.Intermediate English Valid legal work authorization in the destination country.Willingness to travel regionally and perform field service activities.We Offer:Competitive salary + performance bonusBenefits according to local labor regulationsTechnical training and career development opportunitiesInternational work environmentGrowth opportunities within a global companyIf you are passionate about technical service and industrial equipment, we invite you to join our team!No difficulty in moving to Marin, N.L Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5th33t
