- Collaborative build practices that allow our teams to be agile and responsive to our clients' needs. **This role requires expertise in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin, Java) development. ** **** **What You'll Do**
- Co-lead discovery and delivery project phases alongside other capability leaders to define mobile strategy and execution plans.
- Develop and execute mobile implementation plans, aligning technical solutions with user needs and business goals.
- Provide oversight and guidance for mobile engineering teams, mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and cloud architects, to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
- Advocate for mobile-first development methodologies, including responsive design, offline capabilities, and mobile security best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in mobile engineering practices, contributing thought leadership and best practices to internal communities.
- Stay ahead of emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure Slalom Build remains at the forefront of innovation. **What You'll Bring** You will leverage your deep expertise in mobile architecture and strong collaboration skills to lead the delivery of complex mobile solutions.
