- Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and platform best practices. Core Development: Build and enhance custom applications utilizing advanced Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables, Asynchronous Processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Process Automation: Create and optimize complex automation workflows using Record-Triggered Flows , Screen Flows , and asynchronous processes. Integrations &
- APIs: Develop and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events , and Change Data Capture (CDC) . Platform Evolution: Maintain and support legacy Visualforce pages while actively contributing to architecture modernization initiatives. Dev Ops Culture: Manage deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git (required) alongside tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX. Security &
- Governance: Ensure strict compliance with the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies. Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and translate business needs from product managers and cross-functional stakeholders into scalable technical solutions. - Hard Skills (Required) Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, proven Salesforce development experience in enterprise or consulting environments. Languages: Advanced English communication skills (fluent verbal and written skills for a global business environment). Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Apex (advanced), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce. Dev Ops Ecosystem: Practical experience with Git (required) and CI/CD deployment workflows (Copado, Gearset, or SFDX). Data Security: Thorough understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing rules, and platform scalability. Preferred Qualifications (Plus) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strongly preferred). Salesforce Platform Developer II , App Builder , or other advanced certifications. Experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architectures. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 MXN Net (Tax-free), based on technical skills and experience. Scheme: Full-time. Modality: 100% Remote (Must be based within Mexico).
