Responsibilities: Identify potential suppliers and manufacturers in China through market research and networking. Quotes revision Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize cost savings and secure favorable agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to support seamless supply chain operations. Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality control, responsiveness, and address any issues or concerns proactively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, contracts, and pricing agreements. Enter order details into the company order management system accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to clarify order specifications and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Maintain order records, documentation, and files in an organized manner. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order placement efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing or logistics
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Microsoft Office Excel
• English proficiency (REQUIRED) Job details:
- Salary: 15000 MXN monthly after 3 months evaluation period increases.
